My Massage Deals offers a full one-year warranty on all products we sell. Prior to shipping, our team closely inspects each massage chair and personal massager. In the rare event you experience a warranty issue, please contact us with your order number. My Massage Deals will either repair or replace your product.
Safe Shipping Guarantee
Our products are closely inspected prior to shipping and delivered by only the most reputable carriers. Please closely inspect your product to verify condition before signing off with the carrier or delivery driver.
30 Day Worry-Free Returns
Our product return policy lasts for 30 days from date of delivery. Should you like to return your product for any reason, please contact us. We will provide a full refund minus the cost of return shipping on eligible products.
Exception Notice: Personal care and sleep products are not eligible for returns once product has been used.
Return Shipping Rates
Customers may return products through a shipper of their choice. Alternatively, My Massage Deals will provide a return label for product drop-off at your nearest U.S. Post Office. We pass along our discounted rates and do not mark up the cost of return shipping.
Returned Product Condition
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. All accessories and manuals must be included with your return. Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect the product and confirm condition. Items not meeting returned product condition criteria may incur a damaged product or restocking fee.
Product Exchanges
My Massage Deals only provides exchanges on damaged or defective products that are unable to first be repaired under warranty. Should warranty repair services be unavailable, My Massage Deals will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Should your purchased product no longer be available, My Massage Deals may offer a substitute product of equal or greater value or issue a full refund on the purchase price.
Product Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Final time for refunds to post may vary based on your specific bank’s processing requirements. White glove delivery or installation services are non-refundable. Any applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
